Alexander Reynolds advises energy trading businesses on their most critical front office appointments.

He founded Aurelius Search in Singapore in 2020, drawing on fifteen years of executive search experience across London and Singapore.

He has completed mandates for oil majors, independent trading houses, national oil companies, and leading financial services companies, working at the senior end of the market where judgment and deep candidate relationships determine the outcome.

He is fluent in French and played high-level rugby in England and France.
